Use Of Software And Databases

There are inherent risks in downloading software, databases, or other content from the Internet. Technix-India cautions you to understand these risks before downloading any content. Use of any software or services is subject to the applicable Customer Agreement. You are responsible for protecting and backing up your data and assume all associated risks.

Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other server or location for redistribution, and access to or utilization of BusinessBook Plus services, is expressly prohibited.

The software is warranted, if at all, only under the applicable Customer Agreement. Except as specifically warranted, BusinessBook Plus disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will BusinessBook Plus or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User Submissions

Except for password-protected areas, BusinessBook Plus does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information through this Site. Any material transmitted to the Site ("User Communications") will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
